Xuehai Tan is the CEO of HD Biosciences Co.， Ltd.
Dr.Tan obtained his Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the Medical College of Ohio in 1990. He served as a PostDoctoral Research Fellow and later a Research Assistant Professor in the Biochemistry Department of the University of Washington.
In 1993， he became a Scientist at Baxter Biotech. In 1995， Dr.Tan joined Johnson and Johnson Pharmaceutical Research Department and served as a Senior Scientist. Subsequently， he worked at Aurora Biosciences， one of the leading drug screening companies in the world at the time， as a Senior Scientist and Project Manager.
Dr.Tan has had more than ten years of experience in both academics and the biotechnology industry. He is a leading expert in assay development and high-throughput screening and has made significant accomplishments in drug discovery research.
