Yongxin Fang is a Co-Founder and Partner of PRC Venture Partners.
From 1989 to 1994 he held Director and Deputy Director positions with both the Chinese center and local government. A former CEO of RC International Group Co.， Ltd， he also spent eight years in the Neuro-radiology department， including being the Director of Tiantan Hospital ， China’s largest， leading neurological institute.
He has a B.S. of Neurophysiology from Peking University and an M.D. from Capital Medical School . He is the author of numerous published research and academic papers within the Chinese radiological community.
