Kaoqun Cai，holds the Executive Master degree in Business Administration which is awarded by Aotearoa Business School established by Phoenix International University and University of New Zealand， and is a Certified International Organization Planning Manager Certified by the American Certification Institution，and the vice-president at Guangdong Die & Mould Industry Association（广东模具工业协会）and the Technical Advisor to National Key Laboratory of Material Forming and Mould Technology（材料形成与模具技术国家重点实验室）.

Mr.Cai is the founder of Kunda Group and now the Executive Chairman and CEO of China Kunda Technology Holding Limited.， responsible for the overall strategic and business management of Kunda Group. Mr.Cai has over 15 years of experience in the plastic and moulds industry.
