Jinbiao Yang ，Senior Economist in Business Administration. Mr.Yang is now Exectutive Director and COO of China Kunda Technology Limited， responsible for the overall operations of Kunda Group and is also involved in the management of human resources and R&D.Mr.Yang has over 30 years of experience in the management of industrial enerprises.

Prior to joining Kunda Group，From 2002 to 2004， Mr.Yang was the deputy general manager for Fujian Province Jinjiang Xinxiesheng Construction Material Co.，Ltd.（福建省晋江新协盛建材有限公司）， where he was responsible for its corporate restructuring and operation management. From April 2000 to June 2002， Mr.Yang was the general manager for Shenzhen Cheng Xin Plastic Injection Mould Co.， Ltd.（深圳诚鑫塑胶模具有限公司）.From September 1997 to March 2000， Mr.Yang was the deputy general manager and Capital Restructuring Supervisor for Fujian Dongfang Group Company （福建东方集团公司）where he was responsible for the capital restructuring， strategic positioning and business development.From January 1994 to August 1997， Mr.Yang was the general manager and chief economist of Shenzhen Huayuan Plastic Products Co.， Ltd.（深圳华园塑胶制品有限公司）， where he was responsible for its development and finance.
