Xueming Zheng，obtained Bachelor degree of Engineering from Zhengzhou Information Technology University. Mr. Zheng is the Executive Chairman of Snowcity Internetional Holdings Limited. He is responsible for the direction and strategic expansion of the company. He co-founded Henan Snowcity in 1994 and has been the executive chairman and managing director of Henan Snowcity since its incorporation. In October 2000， he stepped down as managing director but continues to be Henan Snowcity’s executive chairman to date. Prior to establishing Snowcity Internetional Holdings Limited， he served in Henan Provincial Mechanical Equipment Import and Export Company as an assistant manager in 1988. He has been the Vice-Chairman of the Industrial and Commercial Union of Zhengzhou Municipal New and High-Tech Industrial Development Zone of Henan province since March 2002.
