冉详良

Xiangliang Ran， obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Shandong Industrial University. From 1983 to 1985， Mr. Ran worked as an electrical engineer with Harbin Aeroplane Manufacturing Company. Mr. Ran’s varied work experience also includes working as a factory department manager in the Linyi Chemical Fibre Factory from 1985 to 1992， and as a manager at the Linyi City Silk Company from 1992 to 1995. Mr. Ran joined Jiang Quan in 1995 as a senior engineer and has since 1997 served as Jiang Quan’s Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Ran is in-charge of the Group’s general administration.
