陈向京

Xiangjing Chen， obtained a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Zhejiang University of Technology and a bachelor degree in computer science and technology from China University of Geosciences. From August 1985 to February 1995， Mr. Chen acted as the head of the planning department of Hangzhou Pinshan Dairy Products Factory. Between 1996 and July 1998， Mr Chen was a manager of Yu Hang Xian Ling Electric Cables Factory. Mr.Chen joined 8Telecom Internetional Holdings Co.， Ltd. in August 1998 as an Executive Director and is responsible for overseeing group’s telecommunications and other towers and related products business.
