Jack Li has been a part of the PV industry since 2001. He most recently served as VP of Topsolar Shanghai Limited for three years ending in August 2005. Jack has built strong experience in technology development， production management， and international marketing in the PV industry. He also serves as a PV industry consultant to the Shanghai local government. Jack has a Bachelor’s Degree from Xi’an Jiaotong University， and a Masters degree from Shanghai Jiaotong University.
