Huixian Hui holds a medical diploma from the Shengli Oil Medical School. He has also received a post-graduate certificate in Economics from the China People’s University. Mr. Yuan is one of the founders of Asiapharm Group. Mr. Yuan Huixian was a doctor with Shengli， from 1980 to 1994， where in charge of radiation diagnosis. From 1994 to 1999， Mr. Yuan Huixian was a Deputy General Manager with Yantai Luye. From 1999 to the incorporation of Asiapharm in 2003， Mr. Yuan Huixian was the Vice-President and executive director of Shandong Luye Pharmaceutical Co.， Ltd. Mr. Yuan Huixian was appointed as Executive Director on 9 July 2003 and is in charge of Asiapharm public relations.
