Xu Deng， VP Operations and Chief Engineer:
Phil graduated from Beijing University of Post and Telecommunications， a top Telecommunications Technology University in China. Phil was Director of the Network Operations Center （Land and Mobile Switching） of China Unicom Tianjin Division from 1998-2002， and then Chief Engineer of Neusoft division Neu-Firmnet. In 2002， Phil joined George Kuang in founding Koncept.
