Mr. Cai received his MBA from Peking University and his bachelor’s degree in management from Tsinghua University. From 2002 to present， Mr. Xiaonong Cai has served in various management positions at TechFaith， including senior vice president for sales and marketing， and president of TechFaith Software （China） Holding Limited， our joint venture with Qualcomm. Prior to joining TechFaith， he served as a regional sales manager at Motorola China.
