Teo Yak Huat

Teo Yak Huat is a graduate of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants from Griffith College in Dublin， Ireland. Mr. Teo is currently fellow member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a provisional member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore. Mr. Teo started career in 1991 working as a trainee accountant and auditor in Brian O’ Reilly & Associates in Dublin， Ireland. In January 1995， Mr. Teo joined Tokopak Sdn Bhd in Johor， Malaysia as a financial controller and in September 1995， Mr. Teo joined Poh Cheong Concrete Product Pte Ltd. as an accountant. Between December 1999 and December 2000， Mr. Teo served as a finance manager （Pre-cast Operation） of Hanson Pacific （S） Pte Ltd. and later， assumed the position of financial controller （Asphalt Operation） from January 2001 to December 2001， and then Mr. Teo worked as the regional financial controller of Futuristic Image Builder Ltd.， a company listed on the Official List of the SGX-SESDAQ. Mr. Teo is the Chief Financial Officer of China Fashion Holdings Limited and is responsible for the overall financial management and accounting of the Group.
