Leung Chau Hiu is the founder and a director and chairman of Vitar International Holdings Limited since November 1978. Mr. Leung is an executive Director and is principally responsible for formulating the overall strategic planning. Mr. Leung has over 30 years of experience in the insulation materials industry and business management. In January 2007， Mr. LEUNG was appointed as a member of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference， Longchuan County， Guangdong Province. Mr. LEUNG was appointed as a Director on 22 January 2008 and re-designated as an executive Director on 6 March 2008.
