Gregor Morela

Gregor Morela， CPA， is Chief Accounting Officer for CDC Corporation. Prior to this role， he was Controller of CDC Software， the enterprise software division of CDC Corporation. He joined CDC Corporation in April 2006 as a director of financial reporting. Prior to joining CDC Corporation， Mr. Morela served as a director of financial reporting for Serologicals， a publicly held biotechnology company in Atlanta. Prior to his employment with Serologicals， Mr. Morela was the audit manager with Deloitte & Touche. Mr. Morela has extensive experience in the application of U.S. GAAP including SEC and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Mr. Morela holds a bachelor of science degree in Economics from the University in Ljubljana， Slovenia and is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
