Since January 24， 2005， Tianli Yang has been Vice President of Tech-Full. From 2003 until now， he was the vice resident of Tech.Full From 1985-2000 he was employed in the China State Construction Engineering Corporation （CSCEC）， in various positions， including post of Chief Administration Officer. Mr. Yang graduated from Heilongjiang University in 1985 with a BA in Chinese Language & Literature.
