Mr. Haisui Chen has been the chief operating officer and president of the management department since November 2006 and has over 21 years of management experience. From 2003 to November 2005， Mr. Chen was the chairman of HuaTongTianXiang Group Co. Ltd.， a company listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. He also has held senior management roles in several enterprises. Mr. Chen graduated from the Central School of the Chinese Communist Party in 1986 with a Master’s degree in economics.
