Mr Gao holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Yale School of Management， a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from St. Mary’s University with Summa Cum Laude and a Diploma from China Foreign Affairs University. Mr Gao has previously worked for Dexia Credit Local， WestLB and Chase Securities Inc. in New York. Mr Gao started his investment banking career in 1994 and joined Istithmar World Capital in 2006 as Managing Director.
