Mr. Ding received a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from Peking University， a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Rutgers University and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from New Jersey Institute of Technology.Shawn Ding has served as Director， President and Chief Operating Officer since December 2004. Mr. Ding joined the company in July 2001 as our Chief Technology Officer. From 2000 to 2001， Mr. Ding was the Chief Technology Officer of Infostream Technologies Inc.， a US company specializing in the development and implementation of packaged and customized enterprise resource planning software. He also served as a Senior Director of Internet Application Development at Automatic Data Processing， Inc. from 1999 to 2000 and was a Director of System Architecture at Prudential Insurance Company of America from 1992 to 1998.
