Yue’an Wang

Mr Wang Yuean， who graduated from the China University of Political Science and Law majoring in Law in 1987， is one of the founders of the Group， and was appointed as the Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of our Company on 24 April 2003. Mr Wang also holds a concurrent position as a director of Oriental Dragon since 2003 and further oversees our International Business Development Department. Prior to this， he was Deputy General Manager of Shenzhen Bao Li De Fashion Tie Co.， Ltd from 1992 to 1994， and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Shenzhen City Wei Guo Investment Development Co.， Ltd from 1994 to 1998. He was also a prosecutor with the Navy Prosecution Office of the Central Armed Forces Committee from 1983 to 1988.
