Hao Bi

Mr Bi graduated from China Southwest University of Political Science and Law with a Bachelor Degree in Law in 1997. Mr Bi also obtained a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy from the Senior Education by Self Studying Examination in 1998.Mr Bi Hao was appointed as a Non-executive Director of the Company on 29 March 2006. Mr Bi is currently the Executive Director of Diamond Investment Consultant Limited， an appointment he has held since 2000. Mr Bi started his career in the audit department of Chengdu Government Department Affair Management Bureau in 1997. In March 1999， he moved to Sichuan Zhongze Investment Management Co.， Ltd where he served as Assistant President. In December 1999， Mr Bi joined Beijing Jinzhonghua Investment Consultant Limited as a Senior Manager. In 2000， he joined Times Resource Limited and Pinnz （China） Technology Limited， serving as the chief financial officer of both companies concurrently.
