Lai Seng Kwoon

Mr Lai Seng Kwoon， who is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants， United Kingdom， and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore （ICPAS） was appointed as an Independent Director of the Company on 29 March 2006. Mr Lai is currently practising under the name and style of SK Lai & Co. which he founded in 1998. He has over 25 years of extensive and varied experience in accounting， tax and financial matters and had previously worked with KPMG in Singapore and in the United States of America before he set up his own practice. Prior to founding SK Lai & Co.， he was a partner with an accounting firm from 1994 to 1998， and was working in the accounting firm， KPMG Singapore， from 1979 to 1994.
