Tan Teck Meng

He graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy from University of Singapore and a Master of Commerce （Honours） from University of New South Wales， Australia. He is also a fellow of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants， Singapore； the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators； the Australian Society of CPAs and the Chartered Institute of Management， UK.Prof. Tan Teck Meng was appointed as an Independent Director of the Company on 5 April 2007. Professor Tan is currently a board member of K1 Ventures Ltd， Kim Eng Holdings Limited， Raffles Education Corporation， Singapore Reinsurance Corporation Limited， and Singapore Shipping Corporation Ltd.
