Chengqun Wang， graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering from Dongbei University （formerly known as Dongbei Technical Institute）. Mr Wang first became a professional expert in the semiconductor field after he joined Shougang Ridian Electronics Co. Ltd， the first sinoforeign joint venture semiconductor manufacturing company in the PRC then， as its business executive head from 1992-06 to 1996-12. From 1997-01 to 2000-03， Mr Wang was appointed the senior sales manager of ESS （a US corporation） and successfully promoted ESS products to the PRC. Between 2000-03 and 2002-06， Mr Wang was the Vice President of Shanghai Hongsheng Technology Development Co.， Ltd （the “Shanghai Hongsheng Group”） where he was in charge of their overall business management. Mr Wang was also appointed chairman of subsidiaries of the Shanghai Hongsheng Group， namely， Chairman of the Shanghai Hongpu International Co. Ltd and that of Shanghai Kaiju Electronics Co. Ltd. Mr Wang is Executive Chairman of Contel Corporation Limited since 2005-04-06 and is also the Chairman and General Manager of Shenzhen Contel since 2002-06. Mr Wang is primarily in charge of the overall planning and day-to-day operations of our Group. Mr Wang led Shenzhen Contel to develop six patented use of existing technology， one patented external design and two patent applications for new equipment.
