For over 15 years， Mr. Neil Tseng has honed abilities to grow and manage large scale production teams as CEO of successful banking software company， China Systems. He grew China Systems from a Taiwan-based software developer to a global software outsourcing service provider with over 300 employees in Greater China， USA， UK， and UAE. Since then， Tseng has joined Vyk Games in YEAR to improve the efficiency of and manage the operations of the company’s various development projects. Tseng holds a Bachelors degree in Physics， an MBA， and a PhD in Engineering.
