王思新

Sixin Wang graduated from Dalian Light Industrial Institute with a certificate in Industrial Fermentation and obtained his Bachelor of Engineering degree in 1982. Between 1983 and 1984， he studied the technology of fruit processing and wine brewing at Florence University in Italy and pursued further studies at Turin University Italy between 1986 and 1987.

Since 1982， Professor Wang has been involved in research primarily in the area of fruit processing. In 1990， he was appointed vice-director of the Fruit Processing Research Department of the Zhengzhou Fruit Tree Research Institute. In December 1995， he was appointed a director of the Fruit Processing Research Department of the aforesaid Institute. In 2000， he was appointed as a researcher and professor at the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences . Professor Wang’s research has also been published in several journals such as the Journal of Fruit Science 2001 and Food and Nutrition in China （first issue of 2003）.

Professor Wang joined Autumn Juice as general manager from March 1998 to March 2002. Between April 2002 to November 2002， Professor Wang was engaged full-time at the Fruit Processing Research Department of the Zhengzhou Fruit Tree Research Institute. Professor Wang joined Lakeside Fruit Juice as General Manager in December 2002.Professor Wang Sixin is Executive Director of New Lakeside Holdings Limited and General Manager of Lakeside Fruit Juice. He was appointed Director of the Company on 5 October 2003. He is responsible for Group’s apple juice concentrate business， overseeing the production， research and development， as well as marketing activities of Lakeside Fruit Juice.
