Shuying Mai completed the courses of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Human Resources Officers conducted by the Hong Kong International Business College on 23 June 2003 and 6 November 2003， respectively.Ms Mai is the Finance Director， Executive Director and the co-founder of Southern Packaging Group Limited. Ms Mai Shuying the Group with Mr Pan Shun Ming in the early 1980s and has more than twenty years of experience in the plastic packaging business. Ms Mai Shuying has been Group’s financial controller since Group’s inception. She is in-charge of our Group’s finance department and is responsible in managing financial matters， in particular， overseeing the fund disbursement and administrative matters. Ms Mai has been instrumental in improving Group’s administrative efficiency， including the implementation of Group’s enterprises resources system in 2003. Together with Mr Pan Shun Ming， Ms Mai has transformed the Group from a small packaging enterprise in the PRC to a packaging solution provider that has an established customer base of well-known MNCs， Hong Kong based or Hong Kong listed companies and PRC companies. Ms Mai Shuying was appointed a Director of the Company on 2003.
