Mr. Zhu recived his Master degree in Economics from Wu Han Univesity of Technology in 2004 and had additional vocational training in MCSE， MCDBA， MCP & CFA.
Mr. Zhu has over eight years of investment， finance and management experience. Mr. Zhu initiated the establishment of the first Chinese RETIs， which listed in Hong Kong， and is very familier with Hong Kong and overseas capital markets. Mr. Zhu was the General Manager of Guangdong Xin Hua Yue Investment Ltd.， which invested $5M in Shaoguan a special stone plant and later managed the company as well.
Prior to that Mr. Zhu was the General Manager of Guangzhou Direct Buy Network Technology Co. Ltd.， which created a unique B2C model. In both capacities， Mr. Zhu provided valuable value added services to the invested companies and gained a wide business network. He spent nearly two years in Canada， where he gained training and working experience in investment and venture capital.
