William Keller

William Keller graduated from School of Economics and Business Administration （Zurich） and has taken several Management and Leadership Courses at IMD and London Business School. Mr. Keller has overall 30 years of rich international business and management experience in Pharmaceutical industry. Before joining HBM BioMed China， he served various positions at Roche. He was the former General Manager of Roche Hong Kong and Roche China Ltd. and Shanghai Roche Pharmaceutical Ltd. from 1990 to 2002. During which he formulated， developed overall Roche strategy for China and developed Roche into a leading pharmaceutical in China. Mr. Keller founded Keller Pharma Consultancy （Shanghai） Co.， Ltd. He is also Deputy General Manager of Zhangjiang Biotech & Pharmaceutical Base， Honorary President of R&D-based Pharmaceutical Association， Vice Chairman of Shanghai Association of Foreign Investment Enterprises， Independent Director of the Board of Shanghai Fosun Pharmaceutical Industry Development Co. Ltd.， Director of the Board of the Swiss Center Shanghai and TaiGen Biotechnology Co.， Ltd.. He is an Honorary Citizen of Shanghai and holder of a Chinese permanent resident permit.
