George Raffini， Chairman of Headland Capital Partners， joined Headland in 1989， the year the firm raised its initial Asian private equity fund. George is a member of Headland´s Investment Committees and has been responsible， with his other senior colleagues， for managing the business since 1998. Prior to joining Headland， George was with Bain & Company， the US-based management consulting firm. Before Bain， he received an MBA from Harvard Business School and， prior to this， was a member of Bank of America’s high technology lending group. George is also a magna cum laude graduate of the American University in Washington， D.C.
