Wilfred Wong

Mr Wong graduated from University of Hong Kong in 1975 with a degree in social sciences and received a Master degree in Public Administration from Harvard University in 1987.

Mr Wong brings with him two decades of experience in property development， construction and management in mainland China and Hong Kong. As Chairman of Pacific Star China， he will be responsible for formulating and overseeing the business strategies of the Group in mainland China， Hong Kong and Macau.

Mr Wong has previously held senior positions in other real estate groups such as Executive Vice Chairman of Shui On Land Group and Executive Vice Chairman and CEO of Mission Hills Group. He also sits on the board of a number of listed companies in Hong Kong and London’s Alternative Investment Market. In his career， Mr Wong also served in the Hong Kong Government Administrative Service from 1975 to 1992 and held many senior directorate positions including Deputy Director General of Industry and Deputy Secretary for the Civil Service. He was a member of the Basic Law Consultative Committee and the Preparatory Committee， and worked on the transitional arrangements for the establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
