Richard joined Cinven in 2008 and is a member of the Hong Kong Office.
Prior to joining Cinven， Richard was a Partner at McKinsey & Company Greater China Office where he developed particular expertise within the Retail， consumer and healthcare sectors. He has also been the co-head of the merger integration office of one of the largest retail sector mergers in mainland China.
Richard graduated from Harvard Business School as a Baker Scholar. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Queen’s University Canada.
