Before leaving STIC Investments in early May 2010， Jason was a Director of the company and heads STIC’s Shanghai office in China. He actively leads STIC’s China team for deal sourcing， global investments and cross border value addition. Jason has contributed to ORYX I with his lead investor role in the Lumena deal.
Jason accumulated over 10 years of investment banking and finance experience with Hana Investment Banking Group （Seoul）， Societe Generale （Hong Kong）， KPMG （Hong Kong） and PWC （Sydney） providing strategic and financial advice to private and public companies， executing and managing M&A’s， corporate & debt restructuring for listed and unlisted companies.
Beginning in 2002， Jason spent 3 years in China as a managing director of a media group responsible for business development and restructuring of their media businesses.
Jason graduated from the University of Technology， Sydney， completing both his Master’s degree in Business and Bachelor’s degree in Business. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
