Dr. Zeeman Zhang has more than 25 years of experience in R&D， manufacturing and business development in telecommunication industry. Prior to joining UIT， Dr. Zhang held COO / General Manager of Universal Communications Technology （ Hangzhou ） （a joint venture of Panasonic & UTStarcom） and the Senior Director of R&D and Business Development of UTStarcom respectively. Dr. Zhang has been issued 20 patents for his work. Dr. Zhang holds a bachelor’s degree and master degree in electrical engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology. He also holds a Ph.D from New Jersey Institute of Technology for the specialization in telecommunication network.
