Rayo Salahadin Witha

Rayo Salahadin Withanage is the founder of The BMB Group and its subsidiaries which represent the financial interests of several ruling families and high net worth investors. He is one of Brunei's leading entrepreneurs， having founded one of its largest private holding companies. As part of his role as the head of The BMB Group he is the chairman of BMB Islamic， which is one of pioneers in Islamic asset managment. He is also the chairman of EMP， a world-leading private equity firm founded by Mr Moeen Qureshi.

Mr Withanage has a number of positions with philanthropic and non-govemmental organisations. He is a founding member of the World Zakat Foundation， a significant charitable initiative in the Islamic world and of the RIC， a forum established to develop important friendships and align the philanthropic interests of the younger generation of select ruling families.

Mr Withanage received his degree cum laude in Law and a BA in International Relations from the University of Auckland， New Zealand.
