Dr. Edge Wang

Before joining Diamond TechVentures LLC， Dr. Wang was the President and CEO and a member of the Board of Directors of WEX Pharmaceuticals Inc.， a public Canadian Company headquartered in Vancouver with operations in Hong Kong and China. He took the company through its difficult time after the termination of clinical trials. With Dr. Wang’s leadership， the company re-established its clinical studies and raised more than $20M for its next steps in new drug development.

Dr. Wang received his Ph.D. degree （Chemistry） from University of Missouri-Columbia and had postdoctoral training in University of Wisconsin-Madison. He also holds an MBA degree with emphasis in Marketing.
