Saeger is responsible for building Schwab’s business and managing Schwab’s public face through its brand and reputation， leading all of Schwab’s marketing and the Schwab Foundation.
Prior to joining Schwab in 2004， Saeger was a member of the executive management committee at Visa USA， where as head of marketing she was responsible for brand strategy and all of Visa’s advertising， promotions， direct marketing， e-commerce and sponsorship marketing. She launched her career in advertising at Ogilvy & Mather New York， managing international advertising campaigns and supporting new product launches for clients American Express and Unilever.
Saeger earned a bachelor's degree from Muhlenberg College and her Master of Business Administration degree from the Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania.
