Ms Julia Miao has served as our Group Finance Vice President since 2006， and as the General Manager of international operation since December 2004 when she joined Eddingpharm. She has served as the Group Board Director since May 2008. Prior to joining Eddingpharm， Ms Miao worked in Singapore and Hong Kong in a variety of financial management roles and gained extensive professional experience in international finance management and corporate finance. Ms Miao is responsible for our group corporate finance， tax planning， and accounting. She is also overseeing the operation of all subsidiary companies overseas. Ms Miao received her Accountancy Degree from Singapore， and an MBA degree from Hong Kong University. She is a CPA in Singapore and a member of ACCA.
