Leo H. Chen is Senior Vice President of Hines， and Fund Manager， Emerging Markets Real Estate Funds I and II， L.P.； Fund Manager， Hines India Fund L.P； Portfolio Manager， Hines International Real Estate Fund

Mr. Chen joined Hines in 1980. He is responsible for the overall management of EMREF I， EMREF II， and Hines International Real Estate Fund. He has contributed to the development， operations and transactions of more than 19 million square feet of commercial real estate in Houston， Beijing， Guadalajara， Mexico City， Milan， Moscow， Munich， Paris， Rio de Janeiro， São Paulo and Warsaw. Mr. Chen graduated from Washington University at St. Louis with a BA in Economics and Political Science and received his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
