Nancy McCroskey

Nancy McCroskey is the Chief Financial Officer of ATA Ventures. Prior to joining ATA Ventures， she spent nineteen years of venture capital financial experience at Redpoint Ventures and Institutional Venture Partners. She joined IVP in 1985 as Controller and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 1991. She was part of Redpoint's founding team in 1999， and continued with financial responsibility for IVP funds created prior to 1999， as well as all Redpoint funds.

Prior to joining IVP she spent three years at Frank， Rimerman & Company， the largest locally-owned accounting and consulting firm in California. Nancy received her undergraduate degree from the University of California at Berkeley and MBA from the College of Notre Dame. She is a licensed California CPA and was a member of the Board of Directors of the Peninsula Chapter of the California CPA Society from 1987-1995.
