James has had extensive financial and operating experience in both the United States and Asia-including management and investment experience with the largest US copper mining company， the world's largest aircraft engine manufacturer， and the investment banking and brokerage industry in Taiwan. James took over Concord Venture Capital in 1993 and transformed it into one of the undisputed leaders in the Asian venture capital industry.
