Jim Gasperoni， CFA， is Partner of FLAG Capital Management， LLC. Jim joined FLAG in July 2006 as a partner overseeing FLAG's real assets investment program. Most recently， Jim was Managing Director of real assets investments for Brown University where he was responsible for all real estate， energy， timber and commodities investments. Prior to Brown， Jim was part of the real assets investment team both at Princeton University Investment Company and at Nassau Capital， a private firm investing on behalf of Princeton University. He also worked for Corporate Realty Investment Company. Jim began his real estate career at his family consulting firm， Gasperoni & Company. Jim is a CFA charterholder. He focus on MA， Investment. He received his BS from Boston College and he received his MS in Real Estate from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He holds an MBA from University of Massachusetts.
