Hellmut Kirchner is the Vice-Chairman of Mountain Partners Group.
Co-founder and managing director of TVM Techno Venture Management until 1989. He has a long standing experience in direct investments of emerging businesses， especially in the biotechnology and life science area， associated with a membership in various advisory- and supervisory boards. In 1991， he co-founded VCM Capital Management， which has focused on investing with leading private equity investment firms.
