Joe Tang joined Ventech China in 2011 as a Principal.
Before joining Ventech， Joe was founder and general manager of Analysys' research business division founded in 2004. He led his team reaching great achievements in research area and thus made Analysys gained fame to become a well-known TMT research brand in China. Meanwhile， as Chief Analyst， he also set up the whole researching methodology and system.
Then， he was a VP at Gobi Partners， a Chinese VC firm and invested in 3 TMT early stage companies and also did his own investments in 4 companies.
Joe holds a Master degree in Telecom from Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications.
