Marc B. Wolpow

Marc B. Wolpow is Co-Chief Executive Officer of Audax Group. Previously， Mr. Wolpow was a Managing Director of Bain Capital， Inc. From 1990 through 1997， Mr. Wolpow was engaged primarily in Bain Capital’s private equity investment business. In 1997， Mr. Wolpow established Sankaty Advisors， Inc.， an affiliate of Bain Capital that invests in bank debt， high yield bonds， mezzanine loans， and special situations.

Prior to joining Bain Capital， Mr. Wolpow worked at Drexel Burnham Lambert， Inc. and Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette， Inc.

Mr. Wolpow earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a J.D. from Harvard Law School. He received a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
