Keith R. Palumbo

Keith R. Palumbo is a Managing Director in Audax Group for Private Equity group. Previously， Mr. Palumbo was a Vice President with DLJ Merchant Banking Partners. Prior to joining DLJ， Mr. Palumbo worked at Chemical Banking Corporation. Mr. Palumbo received an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a B.S. from Lehigh University.
