Dana Norris

Dana Norris joined Tishman Speyer in 2002 and is responsible for our global people strategy and leadership development. In this role， she oversees senior level recruiting， leadership development， and human resource activities across the company. She is a member of the company's Management and Compensation committees. Prior to joining Tishman Speyer， she was at McKinsey and Co. for 14 years， first as a management consultant and then leading professional development and staffing in New York. Ms. Norris graduated magna cum laude from Tufts University with a bachelor's degree in ergonomics and received an MBA from MIT/Sloan School of Management.
