Rob Paratte

Rob Paratte is Managing Director， Global Leasing and Business Development Mr. Paratte is responsible for Tishman Speyer's global leasing and business development efforts and for managing the firm's relationships with corporate real estate executives. Prior to this role， Mr. Paratte was responsible for the firm's leasing and business development in Silicon Valley and for the 2.4 million square foot WaveRock office complex in Hyderabad， India. Mr. Paratte has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining Tishman Speyer， Mr. Paratte was an executive vice president at Divco West Properties. He was a partner at Wilson/Equity Office and served as a founding member of Wilson Meany Sullivan LLC， where he led the company's commercial leasing， development， acquisitions， market analysis and investor relations activities. Mr. Paratte was the national leasing director at Cornerstone Properties and has also worked at William Wilson & Associates and Wells Fargo Bank. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute （ULI） and is a licensed real estate broker in the state of California. In 2003， Mr. Paratte was named the real estate industry's
