Richard A. Laxer

Richard Laxer is President & CEO of GE Capital Europe， Middle East and Africa （EMEA）， a position he has held since 2009. In April 2011， his role was expanded to include GE Capital's retail banking operations in EMEA， creating one of the region's largest commercial and consumer lenders with over $80 billion in assets， 19，000 employees， more than five million customers and operations in 19 countries.
