Doo Seok Chae joined LG Venture Investment in 2008 as a principal.
Currently， he is responsible for corporate buyout and mergers & acquisitions.
Prior to joining LGVI， as a KICPA， he had worked for Deloitte Touche Tomatsu Korea and Deloitte Anjin in their Financial Advisory and Audit & Assurance divisions. His clients ranged from startup companies to major conglomerates in various industries such as IT， finance， manufacturing and services.
He also worked for Core FG （Private Equity Fund）， being in charge of deal sourcing， negotiation， feasibility study， deal structuring and post acquisition & exit strategy.
Mr. Chae earned his BA.， in Economics from Yonsei University and his MBA from the Seoul National University.
