Kenneth A. Caplan

Kenneth A. Caplan is a Senior Managing Director and Head of Real Estate Europe. Mr. Caplan is based in London and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Real Estate group’s investment activities and personnel in Europe.

Since joining Blackstone in 1997， Mr. Caplan has been involved in a variety of real estate acquisitions and initiatives in the United States， Europe and Asia. He has played a key role in over $80 billion of Blackstone’s real estate investments， including Hilton Hotels， Equity Office Properties， Trizec Properties， Wyndham International， La Quinta Corp and MeriStar Hospitality Corp.
